you touch everything."

Jen is one of the most intuitive and professional acupuncturists I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, smart, caring and acutely aware of how you are feeling and how you want to feel.
I had the pleasure of receiving Jen's acupuncture treatments pre and postpartum, with both of my pregnancies. Her energy, professionalism and knowledge put me at ease right way - I really trusted her.
I saw Jen for 5 years. In that time she helped with my severe hip and back pains. She also treated me for a lot of sports injuries that definitely sped up the healing process. I now have no more lower back issue to this day. Jen's caring and healing nature has definitely given me a better quality of life ! Yeeeew !
Thin acupuncture needles placed into points located all over the body stimulate the central nervous system, releasing chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord and brain. These biochemical changes stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promotes physical and emotional well-being.
Acupuncture helps the nervous system to relax and promotes self regulation. The WHO recognizes acupuncture to be effective to treat well over 100 diseases and conditions. These are just a few of them that acupuncture can treat.
